Consortium For The Advancement Of Haiti
The Consortium for the Advancement of Haiti (COADHA) is a 501-C3 sponsored non-profit organization based in the US, which was created in 2003 as a response to the need in Haiti and the Haitian Diaspora for a more efficiently managed and more resulted-oriented class of Haitian NGOs.
The Consortium comprises a mixture of dedicated Haitian and International professionals and experts who possess extensive business and humanitarian experience, as well as a strong understanding of the development challenges in Haiti. These COADHA professionals and experts routinely meet with their international and local partners at various sites throughout the U.S. and Haiti in an effort to ascertain the most accurate information concerning Haiti’s needs, and to develop the most comprehensive, effective and efficient strategy possible that would meet those needs.
COADHA’s main office is located in Atlanta, Georgia and it has representatives in the following U.S. States: Florida, Maryland, and New York. In addition, COADHA has a satellite office in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, where it houses a training facility for the primary purpose of interacting with and training its local partners
